Any parent or legal guardian who signs this waiver on behalf of a minor assumes full responsibility for the minor's actions and any damage, loss, injury or costs caused by the minor. Lululand reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the signing parent or legal guardian for any costs or damages resulting from the minor's actions. Drop-off is not permitted. A parent or legal guardian must remain on the premises and supervise the minor for the duration of their visit.
